Its innovative direct-drive gearbox and blade guard system deliver the largest vertical cutting capacity in its class, allowing cuts up to 5-1/4″ baseboard (vertical) and 6-5/8″ crown molding (nested)—comparable to many 12″ miter saws. It also crosscuts 4×12 material at 90°, making it ideal for trim carpentry, remodeling, and finish work.
